Welcome!

Hello there! Who am I? I am a Houston-based photographer, a proud Texan since the age of 13. I owned my very first camera when I was 8 years old, as a birthday gift from my parents. Who would have thought that after 5 years of studying Engineering, photography would turn into something that I am very passionate about?

My style can be said to be photojournalistic. When photographing your special event I try to tell a story. I enjoy getting to know you, and becoming the person you can trust on to capture all the details of your event. I like to make my sessions fun and enjoyable, which makes it easier for me to capture YOU; to me that is what makes the session unique for both you and me. Feel free to hit the "contact" button above if you have any questions!

Thanks for stopping by!

I get a good feeling of how the session is going to turn out by the exchange of emails and talking to clients over the phone. Itzel was really excited about this session.  David kept telling me that he was shy and I kept telling him that I was going to change that during the session. Looking at the pictures I think we did a pretty good job at getting him out of his shell! Enjoy some of the pictures that we took before Itzel and David headed out to their high school prom!

At one point I was taking pictures of Itzel and I turn to look at David leaning casually against a tree looking all model-like.

Congratulations to Samantha for her upcoming high school graduation! This was my first session in La Porte and I was pretty excited to visit for the first time :). Best of luck in your future endeavors Samantha and enjoy college! These are some of my favorite pictures from the session.

Samantha brought along this special little stuffed dinosaur which she’s had before she was even born.

Congratulations Ramiro, you did it! This is a small step for all your achievements that are yet to come. Good luck with nursing school! Ramiro has a passion for basketball – he played for the varsity team at his current high school – so a basketball court was a must for the session. We started off at Root Square by the Toyota Center and from there we drove around the Houston Downtown area where we spotted some more great locations.  He’s a natural in front of the camera.  Makes my job easy!

Go Coogs! It was a beautiful day and I was back at UH last weekend for Melissa’s graduation photos.  Made me miss going to school, at least the learning part of school. I surely don’t miss the homework, labs, and exams! Awesome job Melissa, you did it!

Doing a small favor to my sister in-law… it was windy and cloudy and we still were able to get some blue sky shots!
